Brand Stewardship & Creative Direction

  • Own and evolve thecompany'sbrand system, ensuring clarity, consistency, and distinction across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Translate thecompany'sbrand into compelling visual systems acrosscorporate, product, marketing,sales,and event initiatives.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, visual standards, iconography, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Raise the overall creative standard while preserving brand integrity and alignment with corporate messaging.

Hands-On DesignProduction& Sales Enablement

  • Serve as the primary designer for the organization, personally creating a wide range of assets that support Marketing, Sales, Learning & Development, and Executive Leadership.
  • Design and produce presentations, sales enablement materials, one-pagers, event assets, digital graphics, campaign creative, internal communications, and executive-facing materials.
  • Act as the first line of creative support for prioritized business initiatives, balancing strategic projects with a steady flow of tactical production work.
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to quickly translate business needs into polished, on-brand creative that supports active deals and customer conversations.
  • Balance speed and quality-producing thoughtful, on-brand work within fast-moving timelines.
  • Success in this role comes from a willingness to be deeply hands-onproducing a high volume of business-critical creative whilemaintainingexceptional design quality and brand consistency.

Integrated Marketing & Campaign Creative

  • Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing to develop creative assets supporting campaigns, product launches,digital publications, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Deliver compelling visual narratives that translate complex technology and partner ecosystem concepts into clear, engaging creative.
  • Support high-visibility initiatives including trade events, partner programs, and executive communications.

Digital & Product Experience Collaboration

  • Partner with Digital and Product teams to ensure brand expression is integrated into digital interfaces and user experiences.
  • Basicknowledge of UX principles,and digital product aestheticsa plusbut notrequired.


Creative Operations & Scalable Systems

  • Build scalable creative systems including templates, design frameworks, and production workflows.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners whenadditionalcapacity or specialized expertise isrequired.
  • Establish processes that allow creative output to scale efficiently whilemaintainingquality and brand consistency.

What You Bring

  • 8+years of design and creative leadership experience, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, or complex services environments.
  • Proven experience developing and managing brand systems across both digital and physical channels.
  • Expertisewith modern design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other collaborative design platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Interest/experience with AI design principles and solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally withmultiple departments.
  • A systems mindset - able todesign forscale, governance, and measurable brand impact.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com or similar) is a plus.
