Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments of client needs, collaboratively working with individuals to develop and achieve personalized treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapeutic interventions that empower clients to overcome challenges and improve overall mental health.
• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans, guiding clients toward sustained progress.
• Work closely with other mental health professionals and placement agencies to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment notes, and progress reports in compliance with organizational standards.
• Ensure a manageable caseload while participating in regular supervision and case consultations to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage actively in staff meetings and team-building activities to contribute to a positive organizational culture.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Clear Mind Psychological Center serves a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age demographics. Our focus is on meeting the mental health needs of both adults and children, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• Must possess a current, fully licensed status as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Arizona.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) in mental health counseling, providing individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
