• Conduct compassionate, ethical individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a welcoming and safe digital space for clients.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, addressing their specific mental health challenges.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that promote effective goal setting and measure progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their feelings, experiences, and relationship dynamics, equipping them with tools for self-awareness and personal growth.

In this role, you will be primarily working with stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health concerns. The focus will be on helping them achieve a higher quality of life by providing supportive counseling that encourages skill development and self-efficacy. Our client-centered approach aligns with your values as a therapist and enhances the overall therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline, including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license to work independently; please provide your credentials and licensing state with your application:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions on your record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in using video conferencing tools for remote sessions.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, along with a stable internet connection.

While two years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor is preferred, we value diverse backgrounds and unique approaches that align with our holistic care model. Candidates with experience in collaborative care settings or experience with specific populations may be particularly well-suited to our team.
