What is a remote Pretty Little Thing model?

A Remote Pretty Little Thing Model is a person who represents and showcases Pretty Little Thing's clothing and accessories from a remote location, rather than on-site at a studio or store. These models typically work from home or another location to create content such as photos, videos, or social media posts featuring the brand's products. Their work may involve following brand guidelines, styling outfits, and submitting high-quality visuals for marketing and promotional campaigns. Remote modeling allows for flexible schedules and can accommodate models from various locations. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable in front of a camera and have a keen sense of fashion.

How does a remote Pretty Little Thing model collaborate with the creative and marketing teams during a photoshoot?

As a Remote Pretty Little Thing Model, you typically participate in virtual photoshoots and campaigns by working closely with the creative and marketing teams through video calls, email briefs, and digital feedback. You'll be expected to set up your own space according to brand guidelines and often provide your own styling and makeup. Regular communication is essential, as you'll receive direction on poses, lighting, and outfit presentation to ensure the brand's vision is met. This collaborative approach allows you to contribute creatively while also adapting to remote work challenges, such as managing technical setups and meeting deadlines.

This is an exciting opportunity for skilled individuals who are passionate about enhancing the mental well-being of individuals in a 100% remote setting. If you are an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or hold similar credentials, we invite you to join our mission of delivering quality mental health care to our community.

About the Organization

Inner Harmony Therapy is a leading community health clinic located in beautiful San Antonio, Texas. We are committed to providing integrity, accessibility, and high-quality mental health services to our diverse population. Our focus is on fostering an environment where our therapists can thrive, utilizing the tools and resources necessary to meet their individual career goals while serving clients effectively.

Work Environment

As part of our remote team, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from your preferred location, simplifying your professional and personal life balance. This full-time role allows you to craft your schedule around your needs and priorities, thus promoting a healthy work-life integration. Our supportive infrastructure streamlines administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compassionate, ethical individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a welcoming and safe digital space for clients.
  • Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, addressing their specific mental health challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that promote effective goal setting and measure progress throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Assist clients in gaining insights into their feelings, experiences, and relationship dynamics, equipping them with tools for self-awareness and personal growth.
  • Monitor client progress meticulously, helping cultivate healthy coping mechanisms and resilience during challenging times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be primarily working with stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health concerns. The focus will be on helping them achieve a higher quality of life by providing supportive counseling that encourages skill development and self-efficacy. Our client-centered approach aligns with your values as a therapist and enhances the overall therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline, including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current, state-issued mental health counseling license to work independently; please provide your credentials and licensing state with your application:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions on your record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in using video conferencing tools for remote sessions.
  • A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, along with a stable internet connection.
Preferred Experience

While two years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor is preferred, we value diverse backgrounds and unique approaches that align with our holistic care model. Candidates with experience in collaborative care settings or experience with specific populations may be particularly well-suited to our team.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 per year, depending on your working hours and experience.
  • Attractive sign-on bonus for new hires.
  • Weekly direct deposit for seamless financial management.
  • Monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, enhancing your benefits package.
  • Access to a user-friendly counselor portal that streamlines client management and administrative tasks.
  • Unlimited referrals matched to your specialty and preferred client demographics.
  • Minimal paperwork to allow you to focus on what truly mattersโ€”your clients.
  • Live, personalized support from our counseling team, ensuring you feel connected and assisted.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Inner Harmony Therapy, we believe in nurturing the professional development of our therapists. By providing access to ongoing training, mentorship, and resources, we aim to support your journey towards advanced clinical skills and career progression within the organization. Our onboarding specialists can facilitate your transition, helping you get paneled and ready to see clients in as little as 1-3 days.
