• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, employing evidence-based techniques to help clients enhance their mental well-being.
• Facilitate conversations around clients' emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as a trusted advocate for your clients, assisting them in defining and achieving their personal mental health goals.
• Systematically evaluate each client's mental health condition and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in solution-focused methodologies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Utilize our all-in-one counselor dashboard to manage client sessions, access therapeutic tools and resources, and communicate effectively.

The clients you will work with have been rigorously screened and are stable adults with low acuity needs. This enables you to focus on helping individuals navigate life challenges, relationship dynamics, and emotional concerns without the complications often associated with severe mental health conditions. Our match system ensures that you are paired with clients who align with your specialties, allowing for a more focused and rewarding counseling experience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently in Texas as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW; provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling, including video conferencing and secure messaging platforms.

We seek candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling. Experience working in a community health setting is highly beneficial as you will be contextualizing your approaches within a community health framework. A background with diverse populations and various therapeutic modalities will also be advantageous.

Mindful Moments Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
