As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of students experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches tailored to each student's needs, while also aligning with school policies and goals.
• Implementing therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your techniques to suit the context of the school environment.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
• Collaborating with educational staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive framework that promotes positive mental health within the school community.
• Participating in regular case supervision, peer review discussions, and staff training sessions to enhance the overall quality of care offered to students.
• Providing psychoeducation to students and families about mental health issues and available resources, empowering them to engage in their wellness journey.
• Keeping abreast of current research, policy changes, and advances in the field of mental health to continuously refine and improve your practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, primarily composed of students ranging from preschool to high school. You will address various mental health concerns, adapting your therapeutic approach to suit the different developmental stages and unique cultural backgrounds of your clients. To be considered for this LCSW position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Florida.
• At least 3 years of direct clinical experience in mental health settings, specifically focused on providing therapy.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and a commitment to professional development.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills essential for working within a collaborative team environment.

Candidates who have experience working in school settings or with adolescents and their families will be viewed favorably.
