Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for young children to identify developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with families in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation.

  • Deliver educational and emotional support to families to enhance child development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations to safeguard the well-being of clients and service providers.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to formulate a tailored intervention plan for each child’s unique needs.
  • Implement the IFSP while adjusting service frequencies based on child progress and family preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on infants and toddlers who experience disabilities or developmental delays. We are dedicated to providing early intervention services that promote the acquisition of crucial physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during the formative first three years of life. Your work will directly contribute to the long-term success of these families, enhancing their ability to support their children's growth effectively.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in early intervention or working with preschool-aged children.

Compensation and Benefits
