• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and treatment needs, forming the foundation for tailored intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aligning with client-centered goals and evidence-based practices.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing established therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.
• Engage in teletherapy sessions, demonstrating proficiency with digital platforms to ensure smooth and effective communication during virtual visits.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, exhibiting strong judgment and negotiation skills to stabilize clients experiencing acute distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mental health care.

Our clientele reflects the diverse community of the Bronx, New York. We serve individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain efficient caseloads and meet therapy deadlines.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, with familiarity in remote engagement strategies that effectively support client needs.
• Proven track record in implementing therapeutic practices through evidence-based approaches is highly desirable.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
