We invite you to be a crucial part of our team as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, with certification as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In this full-time position, you will provide essential therapeutic services, focusing primarily on assisting individuals struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Although the core responsibilities are conducted virtually, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team through digital platforms, attending regular meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans. Our outpatient office facilitates essential team interactions and provides a supportive work culture marked by innovation and collaboration.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Perform initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans accordingly.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring continuous follow-up and adjustment based on progress.
• Engage actively in a multi-disciplinary team approach, contributing your expertise to enhance overall treatment effectiveness and facilitate comprehensive care.

You will work with a diverse group of clients, including those experiencing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family relational issues. Our clients often face multiple challenges, necessitating a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy that empowers them to take charge of their mental health journey. Your ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships will be key in guiding clients towards recovery and healthier life choices.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a current and valid professional license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as either an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a relevant clinical license (e.g., PsyD).
• A proactive approach to meeting pre-employment conditions, including successfully completing tuberculosis screenings, background checks, drug testing, and reference evaluations.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience working with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders will be given preference. Familiarity with integrated treatment approaches and participation in multi-disciplinary teams will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
