Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's substance abuse history, mental health status, and unique treatment needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that holistically address both the addiction and any pre-existing mental health concerns.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), ensuring that clients have the tools necessary to move forward.
• Lead group therapy sessions, promoting peer support and shared experiences among clients which can enhance their recovery journey.
• Collaborate efficiently with other members of the treatment team—including physicians, nurses, and case managers—to provide integrated and coordinated care.
• Engage with clients’ families, providing educational resources and support to encourage involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all client information is secure and accessible for treatment reviews.

Qualifications
