• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each patient's unique challenges and strengths.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of patients in detoxification and recovery.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records to track patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, addiction specialists, and nurses, to ensure holistic care for all patients.
• Provide educational resources and supportive counseling for patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of the recovery process.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health and substance abuse treatment to continuously improve your practice.

Our Detox Center serves a diverse population of individuals grappling with substance use disorders, ranging from alcohol and opioids to other addictive substances. As an LCSW, you will engage with clients at various stages of their recovery journey, addressing their psychological and emotional needs while guiding them through the detox process and into long-term recovery strategies.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Understanding of solution-focused therapy techniques and other evidence-based modalities.
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in substance abuse, mental health, or related fields.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and software is highly desirable, as is previous experience with electronic health records (EHR).
