Job Description:

If you enjoy building and cultivating relationships with current customers and are able to proactively manage multi-state geographic territory, then you're who we're looking for to grow our team! With uncapped earning potential, the Mid-Market Account Manager will be part of our dynamic sales organization, responsible for maintaining and growing existing clients in the Mid-Market space for the office of the CTO in the Data and Analytics space. You will identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base. As a new Account Manager, you'll receive training and development with tremendous opportunity for advancement for top performers! You will report into the Divisional Vice President of Sales and it will be a fully remote position.

What will you do?

  • Create strategic, long-term relationships with customers in your territory.

  • Nurture and expand the company's relationship with customer accounts in your defined territory.

  • Develop and execute sales plans and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.

  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.

  • Conduct heavy prospecting of customers (phone, email, marketing campaigns, referrals, etc.) and coordinate with marketing and account development representatives to qualify and identify leads.

  • Coordinate initial product discoveries and demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.

  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle including product support, professional services, and solution engineering.

  • Consult with and present value propositions to key clients and senior-level executives to negotiate and close deals.

  • Manage and track customer information and provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasts inSalesforce.comand Gong.

  • Remain highly knowledgeable of company products and target industries to facilitate sales efforts.

  • Practice effective, excellent written and oral communication with management, customers, and support staff.

  • Participate in team building and company-growth activities including strategy development, product training, marketing efforts, sales enablement, and customer care

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in selling B2B software solutions.

  • Previous account management experience.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, goal setting, and quota attainment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including cold calls, proposal preparation, presentations, and negotiation.

  • Must have energy, drive, commitment, and passion.

The salary range in United States of America for this position is 139,000.00 to 174,000.00 USD Annual.

Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
