This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging directly with clients via secure video conferencing software. • Conduct thorough client assessments and collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on personal growth, coping strategies, and problem-solving skills to help clients overcome obstacles.
• Monitor and document client progress against established treatment metrics, adjusting therapy as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and continuing education courses to stay current in mental health trends and methodologies.

Your primary focus will be on working with low-acuity clients who may present with a variety of mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, mild depression, and relationship challenges. Most clients will benefit from short-term therapy approaches that emphasize skill-building and resilience. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• A current and valid mental health license in the state of Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with strong skills in interpersonal communication and case management.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and a commitment to providing care via remote methods.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems to maintain accurate documentation.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a competitive benefits package that includes:
