JOB TITLE: Data Administrative Intern FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Human Resources Manager Job Overview As a Data Administrative Intern you will support various departments in the company by carrying out data entry, analysis, and research from various sources. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate collections and coordination of on-going databases, as well as support and plan administrative projects. Key Responsibilities: This job will be expected to complete the following functions.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Creating accurate spreadsheets Entering and updating information into relevant databases Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Processes patient and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies Secures information by completing data base backups Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes Scanning through information to identify pertinent information Correcting errors and organizing information in a manner that will optimize swift action Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods Manage and organize records and files Assist in research projects that may include social media platforms Prepare relevant reports as needed Provide general data entry support across many teams Assist Human Resources or other departments with assorted projects and duties as assigned Requirements (Education, Certifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience Strong data entry aptitude Ability to be self-motivated, work independently and in a team environment Ability to multitask multiple practices with strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong organization, problem solving, planning, and time management skills.
