Remote Power Platform jobs involve working with Microsoft's Power Platform suite of tools—Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents—from a location outside of a traditional office setting. Professionals in these roles design, develop, and manage business solutions that automate processes, visualize data, and build applications without needing to be on-site. These positions are suited for those with experience in low-code/no-code platforms and require strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate virtually with teams and clients. Remote Power Platform roles are popular in industries seeking digital transformation and operational efficiency.

How does a Remote Power Platform professional typically collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams?

Remote Power Platform professionals often work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools. Collaboration usually involves virtual meetings, demos, and feedback sessions using platforms like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. They also coordinate with development teams, IT, and end-users to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and integrate well with existing systems. Effective communication and documentation skills are essential for aligning project goals and resolving issues promptly in a remote setting.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Power Platform professional, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Power Platform professional, you need expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), a background in data analysis or software development, and often a relevant certification such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals. Work Environment

As a remote therapist based in Smyrna, Tennessee, you will work from the comfort of your own home, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our clinic embraces a collaborative virtual work culture, promoting communication and teamwork through modern technology. Remote does not mean isolated; you will have regular opportunities for virtual meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to enhance your skills and maintain a connection with your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual evaluations for clients, efficiently gathering information to design personalized therapeutic interventions.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to provide thought-provoking therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and objectives, ensuring consistent monitoring of client progress.
  • Engage clients in the therapy process through telehealth solutions, providing convenient access to mental health services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to conform to professional standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the mental health field, continuously enhancing your practice with new therapeutic techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary client focus will be low-acuity individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. You will work closely with clients who are motivated to improve their mental wellness, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that fosters growth and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • An active counseling license in the state of Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
  • A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience providing direct patient care.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.
Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, we value candidates with additional clinical experience, especially those with a background in telehealth services. Familiarity with platforms for virtual therapy and a proven ability to adapt therapeutic methods to a remote setting will increase your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance, ensuring you and your family receive essential healthcare at no extra cost.

  • Generous paid leave to promote work-life balance.
