As a remote therapist based in Smyrna, Tennessee, you will work from the comfort of your own home, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. • Conduct virtual evaluations for clients, efficiently gathering information to design personalized therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide thought-provoking therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and objectives, ensuring consistent monitoring of client progress.
• Engage clients in the therapy process through telehealth solutions, providing convenient access to mental health services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to conform to professional standards.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the mental health field, continuously enhancing your practice with new therapeutic techniques.

Your primary client focus will be low-acuity individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. You will work closely with clients who are motivated to improve their mental wellness, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that fosters growth and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• An active counseling license in the state of Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience providing direct patient care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.

While two years of experience is required, we value candidates with additional clinical experience, especially those with a background in telehealth services. Familiarity with platforms for virtual therapy and a proven ability to adapt therapeutic methods to a remote setting will increase your effectiveness in this role.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include:
