The Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated RPA developer with Power Automate experience to join our growing company. We are looking for someone who is motivated by emerging automation technologies and has a passion to help clients drive technology transformation.

The successful candidate is hands-on, able to contribute individually, and has experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Power Automate developer, you will work with business analysts and process owners to define requirements and develop bots in accordance with best practices. You may also be tasked with monitoring and maintaining existing automation to include root cause analysis for failures and recommendations for corrective actions.

Responsibilities Below are some of the responsibilities a Power Automate Developer experience is expected to assume in this position: Design, develop, and implement new custom components to meet project requirements. Work with other developers to implement Power Automate to leverage a wide variety of AWS hosted APIs. Ability to convert from UiPath to Power Automate.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets 3-7+ years of successful experience implementing, maintaining, and improving RPA solutions using Power Automate. Power Automate developer certification / advanced developer certification a plus. Power Apps expertise with certifications Experience working with Process Mining, NLP, Computer Vision, and automation test suite is a plus.

Knowledge of SDLC and modern software engineering principles and practices. Ability to break down complex problems into a variety of simple and generic problems. Comfortable with client interaction.

Ability to work collaboratively and productively with others. Experience working with Process Mining, NLP, Computer Vision, and automation test suite is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education/Certifications Bachelors degree in computer information systems, programming engineering, technology and/or relevant professional RPA certifications.

Physical Demands Requires the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work. Some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5-10 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at keyboard or workstation.
