Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly hands-on builder who can take ambiguous business problems and rapidly develop pragmatic, end-to-end solutions using modern AI tooling-particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is not a traditional architecture or implementation role. Success in this position requires speed, experimentation, and execution, with a strong bias toward delivering working solutions quickly. This position is fully remote in PST time zone.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Design and build AI-powered workflows and agents using Power Platform and Copilot Studio
  • Translate loosely defined business processes into functional, production-ready solutions
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions with a focus on time-to-value
  • Focus on practical, scalable implementations rather than over-engineered designs
  • Partner with SQL/data engineering teams to extend workflows across the data platform ecosystem
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and refine solutions
  • Integrate AI workflows with existing systems, reporting, and data services
  • Support production workflows and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Participate in shift-based schedules (no nights) and occasional weekend support
  • Operate as a fully independent contributor, delivering impact with minimal ramp-up
  • Own solutions from concept through deployment, including testing and iteration
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in software, automation, or data-related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Co-Pilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven ability to build end-to-end automated solutions quickly and pragmatically.
  • Experience leveraging AI to solve real business workflow challenges.
  • Work with ambiguous requirements.
  • Independently define and deliver solutionsBalance speed with quality
  • Experience supporting live systems and workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive end-to-end resolution.

  • A competitive pay range of $150,000 - $175,000 (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
