  • Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, including identifying hidden costs and long-term value opportunities

  • Manage a pipeline of sourcing projects with strong project management discipline and prioritization

Requirements You Will Need to Succeed:

  • 5-8 years of indirect procurement and strategic sourcing experience, with ownership of supplier portfolios

  • Proven ability to independently lead end-to-end RFP processes for contracts valued at $250K+

  • 1-2+ years of experience sourcing IT and/or software categories (including SaaS, subscriptions, or licensing models)

  • Strong contract knowledge with demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements and driving measurable value

  • Experience applying structured, multi-step sourcing methodologies (e.g., Kearney or similar frameworks)

  • Advanced negotiation skills with the ability to create leverage and consistently deliver favorable outcomes

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders across IT, Legal, Finance, and other functions without direct authority

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and reprioritize effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on cost, risk, timing, and overall value optimization

  • Agile, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

  • Demonstrated success leading complex sourcing initiatives, driving cost savings, and improving supplier performance

  • Ability to work standard East Coast hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST); remote flexibility available for the right candidate

What you can expect from us:

  • Salary of $110-$140k depending on skills and experience
