Benchmark Behavioral Health Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our compassionate team. Operating in a remote setting, our outpatient office emphasizes flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. The core working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although there may be some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and building resilience in patients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy settings.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions that help patients process their trauma, develop coping strategies, and foster healing.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring a safe environment for all clients.
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration and care.
• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continuously improve therapeutic interventions.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals coping with trauma-related conditions. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, showcasing competence in working with trauma-related disorders.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed treatment modalities, including trauma-focused therapies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, employing a compassionate approach with patients.
• A calm demeanor in high-stress situations, demonstrating resilience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred candidates will have experience delivering trauma-focused therapeutic interventions, contributing to enhanced patient outcomes. Familiarity with best practices in trauma therapy will be highly advantageous.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
