Job Title: Senior Developer - Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to design, build, and optimize personalized customer experiences across digital channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing scalable, data-driven solutions leveraging Adobe's ecosystem, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, data, and product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Build and manage customer journeys, decisioning logic, and real-time personalization use cases
  • Configure and integrate AEP components such as schemas, datasets, identities, segments, and profiles
  • Develop and maintain integrations between AEP/AJO and external systems using APIs and event-based architectures
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and performance within the Adobe ecosystem
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Lead development best practices, code reviews, and technical mentoring for junior developers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Adobe platforms
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and roadmap planning for Adobe Experience solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications Primary Skills (Mandatory)

  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including journey orchestration and personalization
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud architecture and data models

Secondary Skills (At least one required)

    Compensation, Benefits and Duration

    Minimum Compensation: USD 46,000
    Maximum Compensation: USD 162,000
    Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
