Become a Key Player as a Strategic Field Enablement Lead

As a Strategic Field Enablement Lead, you will drive regional adoption of global enablement initiatives to improve seller and partner readiness across NA and EMEA. You will influence regional sales leaders, CAMs, and partner sellers to strengthen sales execution and connect enablement activities to business impact. This role is remote anywhere in the US with onsite attendance expected for team events.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Own and execute the NA and EMEA enablement roadmap aligned to GTM priorities and regional business needs
  • Drive adoption and reinforcement of global enablement initiatives across CAMs and partner organizations
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to identify capability gaps, field challenges, and enablement opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with regional sales leaders and CAMs to influence adoption and prioritize enablement investments
  • Participate in partner QBRs, partner calls, and customer engagements to gather field insights and improve relevance
  • Reinforce product messaging, sales plays, and demo narratives and support regional rollout of product launches
  • Facilitate enablement sessions, coaching discussions, and practical reinforcement activities
  • Track enablement participation, credential completion, and learner engagement, and capture feedback on skill progression
  • Partner with Sales Operations and leadership to connect enablement efforts to pipeline and business outcomes
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 5+ years' experience in Sales Enablement, Channel Enablement, Sales Training, Partner Enablement, Channel Sales, or related roles
  • Experience supporting channel sales organizations, partner ecosystems, or indirect sales models
  • Demonstrated understanding of enterprise sales processes and partner-led sales motions
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for internal and external audiences
  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior sales leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills within complex, matrixed global organizations
  • Ability to translate business priorities into practical enablement strategies and measurable outcomes
  • Experience designing, executing, and reinforcing enablement programs that drive seller readiness and adoption

  • Familiarity with enablement platforms such as MindTickle, ALM, Highspot, Seismic, or similar systems preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience is acceptable
