Job description

Now Hiring: Apartment Groundskeeper / Porter – Austin, TX & Surrounding Areas

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Groundskeepers to support apartment communities throughout the Austin area. If you take pride in keeping properties clean, organized, and looking their best, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Perform trash pickup, sweeping, and general upkeep
• Support the maintenance team with light tasks as needed
• Help maintain pool areas and outdoor amenities

Qualifications:
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Porter, janitorial, or property maintenance experience preferred (not required)
• Must pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
