As a licensed mental health counselor, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Delivering effective individual therapy sessions that promote client growth and well-being, while addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression.
  • Establishing clear therapeutic goals with clients and monitoring their progress throughout the treatment journey.
  • Offering teletherapy services, ensuring that clients receive consistent support, regardless of location.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation to comply with ethical standards and promote transparency in the therapeutic process.
  • Integrating ongoing professional development into your practice and sharing insights with team members.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be clients from diverse backgrounds seeking assistance with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and other emotional hurdles. You will work with clients of various ages, providing targeted interventions that meet their unique needs.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A current and valid state license as a mental health counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
