Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that address each clientโ€™s unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with clinical teams to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client recovery and independence.
  • Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of our clinic.
  • Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems and state agencies to create streamlined coordination of care for clients.
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to align with the mission of MHA and to thrive within the community.
  • Build relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies, seeking partnerships and funding opportunities that enhance our programs.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities, such as attending conferences or participating in relevant committees and task forces.
  • Promote and integrate the agencyโ€™s mission and values into every aspect of your practice.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the success of the clinic and its clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus
