As a Virtual Mental Health Clinician, you will work 100% remotely from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choosing. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the mental health needs of your clients, whom you will meet individually via video sessions. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify your clients' mental health needs and perspectives.
• Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans through collaborative goals with the client.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to guide therapeutic interventions.
• Providing compassionate mental health counseling, helping clients navigate their feelings and interpersonal relationships.
• Tracking client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective support and coping strategies.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your role is crucial in helping these clients gain insights into their challenges while equipping them with effective coping mechanisms for long-term success.

To thrive in this role, candidates are required to possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A current and valid state license issued by the appropriate board, including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• The ability to practice independently and ethically without supervision.
• A clean disciplinary record regarding your license.
