• Provide comprehensive counseling services, including crisis interventions addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral issues faced by clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans, ensuring continuous evaluation and adjustment of these plans based on client progress and needs.
• Document client interactions meticulously, including clinical and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, contributing to holistic treatment strategies and ensuring seamless communication regarding client care.
• Engage with community resource leaders, representing Clarity Wellness Center in meetings and initiatives that focus on addressing and advocating for patients' social needs.

Your work will involve a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals experiencing acute mental health crises to those in recovery from substance use disorders. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• Licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is a must; candidates must have completed appropriate state examinations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, showcasing a proven track record of effective patient care.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and telehealth platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport swiftly with clients and collaborate effectively with peers.

• Experience in group therapy facilitation and leading workshops focused on mental health topics, therapeutic techniques, or coping strategies.
• Familiarity with integrated care models, allowing a multidisciplinary approach to patient treatment.
• Demonstrated use of evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
