This position primarily operates in a telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with clients virtually from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional atmosphere conducive to effective therapy. You will engage with patients using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring that every session is productive and compliant with all health regulations. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health to inform their individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities to achieve the best outcomes.
• Document patient progress thoroughly and timely, ensuring that progress notes highlight advancements toward treatment goals and address any necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and other mental health professionals, to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic treatment.
• Advocate for additional services when necessary and be a resource for patients navigating community resources.
• Remain vigilant in crisis management, identifying warning signs of aggressive behavior, and responding appropriately to ensure patient safety.
• Provide support and guidance to families, orienting them to the treatment process and involving them in care when suitable.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and remain updated on emerging therapeutic practices.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An independent license to practice (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) issued by the state board is necessary; limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• The ability to make sound clinical evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions based on best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and document treatment progress.
• Strong computer literacy, with experience using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly with a focus on family therapy.
• Proven capability to work in a remote environment, managing time effectively and prioritizing patient needs.
• Knowledge of community resources to aid clients in their recovery journey.
