• Deliver structured therapeutic support through an 8-week evidence-based program, ensuring adherence to program guidelines while adjusting as necessary for individual needs.
• Monitor and track participant progress, documenting insightful session notes and ensuring timely follow-up communications that support continuous care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to assist participants in navigating community resources, obtaining necessary consents, and addressing concerns throughout their treatment journey.
• Identify high-risk cases and develop appropriate intervention strategies, strictly following established protocols to ensure participant safety and continuity of care.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation meetings with clinical supervisors, actively participating in monthly team strategy sessions and organization-wide Town Hall meetings.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance with annual training requirements for best practices in patient privacy.
• Engage in performance recognition programs aimed at acknowledging the valuable contributions of our mental health professionals.

The counselor will work closely with diverse populations, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to those navigating complex emotional challenges. Through a client-centered approach, your efforts will directly contribute to defining positive mental health trajectories and fostering sustainable wellness practices among participants.

• An active license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Willingness to maintain a consistent schedule, allowing for regular and dependable interaction with patients.
• Clinical experience utilizing evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• A strong passion for improving lives and shaping the future of behavioral healthcare.

• Competitive salary ranging between USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked.
