In this role, you will be the architect of our partner delivery ecosystem, directly influencing the scalability of our professional services and shaping the success of global construction projects. Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the TSP program strategy, defining performance tiers and KPIs that align with global professional services growth goals.

  • Spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of high-caliber partners, building a robust pipeline to meet evolving delivery and revenue needs.

  • Drive partner accountability through rigorous performance frameworks and regular business reviews to ensure world-class delivery quality.

  • Mastermind the financial forecasting for partner-delivered services, managing monthly and annual revenue targets while mitigating risks.

  • Act as a high-impact bridge between Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless contract management and operational compliance

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have 5+ years of proven success in partner/channel management or professional services leadership.

  • You possess strong financial acumen with experience in revenue forecasting and financial planning.

  • You have a deep understanding of services delivery models and experience managing external vendors or ecosystems.

  • You are an expert communicator with the executive presence to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry.

  • Proven track record of scaling SaaS or technology services ecosystems.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
