As a Health Coach at Pompa Program, you will:
  • Guide clients through structured cellular detox and wellness programs focused on lifestyle, nutrition, and behavior change
  • Help clients better understand potential root contributors to their health challenges
  • Provide education, accountability, and support throughout their journey
  • Build strong relationships that encourage consistency and long term engagement
  • Equip clients with tools and strategies to confidently manage their health
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a high quality client experience
Compensation & Earning Potential
You'll begin with a $45,000 base salary in your first year of training, plus performance-based incentives as you build your client base.
  • Year 1: Coaches average $50,000, with top performers exceeding $60,000+
  • Year 2: Average earnings grow to $70,000, with high performers reaching $90,000
  • Long-term: Tenured coaches average $75,000, with top earners reaching $110,000+

Earnings include a combination of base pay and performance-based incentives.

Requirements
Location: You currently reside in one of these states: AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY
Preferred Credentials
Candidates should possess training or certification(s) in functional, holistic, or integrative health disciplines. Examples include:
  • Functional nutrition and nutritional therapy certifications
  • Functional medicine or health coaching certifications
  • NBC-HWC certification from an approved program
  • Advanced degrees in nutrition, health sciences, or related disciplines with functional nutrition expertise

Examples of qualifying organizations/programs include:
NTA, FDN, NANP, RWS, FMCA, IIN, Functional Nutrition Alliance, and similar institutions.
Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a health coach or in a similar role, with proven success guiding clients toward long term wellness goals
  • Deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to identify dysfunction and address it from a functional/holistic approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build professional, trust based client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency with virtual coaching tools and client documentation platforms
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) and commitment to continued professional growth
