This role is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing ongoing support during regular business hours. As a member of a dynamic team, you will utilize virtual platforms for client interactions, team collaborations, and supervision, all underpinned by our ethos of wellness and support.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health and addiction-related needs of clients, employing diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet individual client goals, ensuring alignment with their personal recovery journeys.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to offer cohesive and effective treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the treatment process clearly.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and share innovative practices.

Our primary focus is on clients dealing with addiction issues and emotional distress. You will interact with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from substance use disorders, trauma survivors, and those experiencing mental health crises. Your role will be pivotal in guiding these individuals toward effective coping strategies and long-lasting recovery solutions.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required, demonstrating academic proficiency in psychological principles.
• An active and independent LMHC licensure in the state of Florida.

• Experience in addiction therapy and crisis intervention is preferred, with a proven track record of success in managing sensitive client relationships.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools to ensure effective client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong therapeutic alliances with diverse populations.
