• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ psychological well-being, establishing individualized treatment plans that address specific needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to client goals, including techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized methodologies.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment that maximizes outcomes for clients.
• Provide educational resources and support for clients and their families, fostering a collaborative recovery process and enhancing understanding of mental health conditions.
• Maintain stringent documentation and records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring that client information is stored securely and confidentially.
• Stay abreast of current mental health research and best practices to deliver informed and effective therapy, continually enhancing personal expertise.

The primary client population consists of individuals ranging from adolescents to older adults, presenting with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological challenges. Our therapists are committed to meeting clients where they are in their mental health journey and providing them the necessary tools and resources to achieve their personal goals.

• A current and valid state-level license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling, with specialized training in delivering therapeutic services through telehealth channels.
• Strong understanding of various evidence-based practices to treat diverse mental health disorders effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients, as well as the ability to motivate and guide individuals through their recovery journeys.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, ensuring effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in providing virtual mental health services.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and interdisciplinary teamwork in therapeutic settings.
• A background in working with underrepresented populations or individuals from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
