• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments of clients to ascertain their needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused therapies.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in addressing their mental health challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
• Engage in regular team consultations and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic techniques and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, offering guidance on mental health concerns, potential treatment pathways, and utilizing community support resources.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health research to continually improve therapeutic approaches and client outcomes.
• Manage a diverse caseload, providing timely and effective therapy while adhering to professional ethical standards.

You will work primarily with clients who are navigating conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building therapeutic rapport.
• The ability to think critically and solve problems effectively in clinical settings.

• Previous experience in a clinical mental health setting with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
