• Manage and maintain a dynamic caseload of clients, ensuring the development of strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and respect.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, adjust treatment plans, and discuss future appointments, facilitating a proactive approach to mental health management.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their unique needs are met.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Conduct detailed intake evaluations to identify client needs and establish appropriate intervention strategies.
• Engage in regularly scheduled individual supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and ensure accountability.
• Foster collaboration with other healthcare providers to create a holistic care approach for each client.

Your role focuses on a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families, all seeking mental health support. This role will require sensitivity and adaptability as you work with individuals facing varying degrees of emotional, psychological, and social challenges. Your expertise in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions will be crucial for improving client outcomes and empowering clients to engage actively in their own healing journeys.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.
• Proficiency in using technology, including familiarity with electronic medical records management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Strong ability to conduct intake assessments and develop appropriate treatment recommendations.

• Experience in a community health clinic is advantageous.
• Knowledge of culturally competent practices to effectively serve a diverse client population.
• Previous involvement in telehealth or virtual counseling practices will be beneficial.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a fee-for-service model that guarantees rates paid in advance of collections.
