A Remote Pool Manager needs expertise in pool maintenance, water chemistry, and facility management, often supported by a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or similar credentials. Familiarity with remote monitoring systems, scheduling software, and digital communication tools is essential to oversee multiple sites efficiently. Proactive planning and regular check-ins with both staff and clients help maintain high standards of service and safety.
