Job description

XPO is Now Hiring Pre-Made CDL-A Team Drivers in Las Vegas, NVEarn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook Freight4-5 Days on/2-3 Days Off* - Dedicated Routes


Top Pay & Benefits:
  • Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split
  • Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
  • Typical schedule is 4-5 days on, 2-3 days off*
  • 4,500 - 5,200 planned weekly miles
  • Full health insurance benefits available on day one
  • 401(k) with company match
  • No-touch and in-house freight

What to Expect:

As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 4-5 days on the road, followed by 2-3 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions.

Do You Have What It Takes?
  • Have a valid Class A commercial driver’s license
  • Must have 6 months of experience
  • Be a member of a pre-made team. We are only recruiting existing teams, and both team members must apply to this position
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
  • Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements
  • Not required to apply, but must be acquired
  • XPO offers a $500 hazmat endorsement reimbursement, per driver
