What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple technology projects from planning through deployment, managing timelines, risks, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support Product Owners and development teams, and help ensure successful delivery through testing and production deployment.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, training materials, and deployment documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, proactively manage changing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.

  • 5+ years of combined project management and business analysis experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban delivery methodologies, including Scrum practices.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting business processes, with ERP experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft 365, along with an interest in leveraging AI tools.
