Job Summary

Broadpin is seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) Consultant for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience supporting clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, from concept through go-live and post-production support.

Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, recommending future-state workflows, defining solution requirements, ensuring alignment with client IT standards, and supporting deployed solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle from concept through program launch.
  • Analyze current (as-is) processes and recommend future-state business processes based on client requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with consultants to document solution requirements, including functional and technical specifications.
  • Work with clients to meet IT requirements that support solution deployment and align with organizational IT roadmaps.
  • Manage project deliverables, including project charters, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Build strong client relationships and quickly learn their processes, culture, and business objectives.
  • Provide Level 2 production support for deployed solutions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of program management experience across multiple industries.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM (P6 Professional and P6 EPPM Web) and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
  • Strong understanding of project change management, risk management, and quality management.
  • Experience leading teams of functional and technical consultants.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle Primavera BI Publisher reporting and Oracle Primavera Analytics.
  • Experience working with Primavera P6 integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Experience working in Agile environments or as a Scrum Master.
  • PMP and/or PSP certifications are highly desirable.
