Job Description
Duration: until end of September 2026 (Possible extension into 2027)
Location: US - NJ or San Deigo or Remote (10% Travel)
Business Process & Systems Analyst responsibility: - DTS/ISC
The Business Process & Systems Consultant is responsible to support the following areas:
• Help vetting requirements (10 years of SAP Functional experience required))
• Sustaining support for MMS Operations
• Coordinating SAP Development Enhancements and Integration
• Solution Design support
• Support New Business Integration as needed
• Act as a representative for stake holders for any specific Development requirements
Ensure Stakeholder requirements are accurately represented for System functionality and for Stakeholder effectiveness.
Ensure daily support of SAP systems operations for Supply Chain functionalities affecting the TJ EMI Plant, Distribution facilities and cross-functional systems to ensure business continuity. Support all MMS Global ERP systems to allow MMS functions and processes to operate within compliance standards.
This individual will require existing experience in SAP, Some SAP Configuration understanding is preferred. A good foundation of SAP Master Data understanding is important.
Understanding of Demand Planning, Materials management and Logistics systems Understanding of Quality systems and some Knowledge and experience interacting with IT processes are beneficial.
Daily activity could include troubleshooting System Issues, Identifying and differentiating Process from System problems. Supporting SAP Data Maintenance or Error investigation as required by daily needs directed by Plant Management and Systems Team Management
Systemic issues will be presented to the systems team for change or enhancement determination.
Serve as process integration Key POC for new development as assigned. Ensure a high sense of urgency for error resolution to maintain Internal and External customer satisfaction.
System Development
• Critical role in translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring IT projects meet objectives.
• Core duties include requirements gathering, business process analysis, system design, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
Additional Accountabilities
• Administer training as required for New Development
• Ensure established process adherence.
• Provide SAP Data analysis as needed.
• Collaboration with Solutioning IT when necessary
• Testing final solutions on changes and enhancements as necessary
MMS Global Business Description
The MMS Business include Dispensing and Infusion Product Lines as primary manufacturing entities as well as any additional businesses incorporated into the MMS/EMI Global umbrella. Operations include Manufacturing, Materials Management, Purchasing & Quality.
Qualifications
Expert knowledge of SAP 6.0 SAP Certifications - DTS/ISC
Expertise in SAP Functional and business process in SAP modules: SCM (Supply Chain Management) PS(Project systems/WBS), FI(Finance), PP(Production Planning), LE(Logistics Execution) and MM/PLM(Material Management/Production Lifecycle Mgmt.) for integration with BRIM (& CPQ).
Experienced with Excel
A minimum of 3 years related work experience required.
Able to drive change in large organizations.
Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
Nice to have: Spanish language would be beneficial
Experience working in a highly government-regulated environment (FDA, FAA, DoD).
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quality Systems, Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering, software/IT, or related field preferred
