Here, you will make an impact by:Providing insights and establishing predictive analytics of financial performance to stakeholders to develop and improve upon Plant Financial P&L and Balance Sheet TargetsLeading plant and business teams through annual forecasting of the Operating Plan for the plant(s) and input to other forecasting processesEnsuring compliance with 3M Global Financial Standards (GAAP)Ensuring that current SKUs have appropriate costs during the annual inventory revaluation process.Improving ROI for all plant Capital Investments (AFE-Authorization For Expenditures)Possibly support other plants as assigned.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionThree (3) combined years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting and/or manufacturing supply chain in a private, public, government, or military environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Possess an MBA, CMA, or CPA certificationDemonstrates the ability to act as a change agentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced knowledge of ExcelWork location: Hybrid (Job duties allow for some remote work but require travel to either location at least 3 days per week: Maplewood, MN, Valley, NE, Knoxville, IA, or Springfield, MO)Travel: May include up to 20% domesticRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
