Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive new item distribution, merchandising, promotions, and brand equity growth to achieve assigned sales quotas and volume objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer partnerships, supporting joint planning and longterm growth.
  • Provide analytical support using accountlevel, national, panel, and consumer data to support planning, promotion evaluation, business reviews, and decisionmaking.
  • Manage sales forecasting accuracy and communicate demand internally to support production and supply planning.
  • Own customerlevel P&L, including special events budgets, spending accuracy, redemptions, and monthly evaluations in accordance with company policy.
  • Execute merchandising objectives through effective planogram placement while monitoring competitive activity and merchandising practices.
  • Prepare and manage reports, deductions, returns, damages, and administrative requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely communication to management.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college required with a focus in business preferred.
  • 3+ years' proven sales experience in a related position with direct account responsibility. National Account Experience is required/Target experience is preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience utilizing Nielsen or IRI syndicated data; excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to analyze and evaluate several sources of data to develop actionable insights.
  • Must have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft business software to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • This position requires the ability to travel and have overnight stays occasionally.

The salary range for this position is: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00

All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
