Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking full-time Strategic Planning Analyst III in support of the customer based in NJ. This is an exempt remote position.
Must Be U.S. Citizen
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational mission, vision, enterprise objectives, and federal mandates.
  • Apply process improvement methodologies to assess, optimize, and mature ITAM business processes across Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) functions.
  • Conduct strategic analyses of ITAM programs, organizational structures, policies, processes, and operational performance to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, effectiveness, and governance.
  • Develop and deliver ITAM Strategic Planning Reports that define long-term objectives, measurable outcomes, performance targets, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Perform business process improvement studies utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and continuous improvement techniques to reduce waste, improve asset utilization, and enhance operational performance.
  • Analyze ITAM performance metrics, including asset inventory accuracy, software license compliance, asset utilization rates, total cost of ownership, and governance maturity, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Conduct organizational and management studies to evaluate the effectiveness of existing ITAM management systems, internal controls, and governance structures in achieving program objectives.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, automation tools, digital twins, and advanced asset discovery capabilities to improve ITAM program performance and decision-making.
  • Develop Advanced Technology Assessment Reports and implementation plans that support lifecycle cost reduction, operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of ITAM initiatives on End User Services (EUS), including business case analyses related to cost savings, technology refresh cycles, product introductions, organizational changes, and operational risks.
  • Prepare and manage ITAM Organizational Strategic Analysis Reviews and Operational Plans, monitoring approved strategies, measuring outcomes, and recommending corrective actions to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Conduct IT Governance and Compliance Reviews to ensure ITAM strategies, processes, and operations remain aligned with federal regulations, VA policies, industry standards, and organizational governance requirements.
