Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, and a retirement plan to support your long-term financial well-being.
  • Access to continuing education resources and opportunities for professional development specifically in areas of mental health and addiction counseling.
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment with continuous guidance from supervisors and peers.
  • The chance to genuinely change lives and contribute to the mental wellness of individuals, fostering better health and long-term recovery.
