• Deliver compassionate and ethical individual counseling through video conferencing, ensuring clients feel understood and supported.
• Utilize solution-focused methodologies to tailor treatment modalities that address clients' unique situations and challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective treatment plans aimed at improving their mental health and overall quality of life.
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies while providing continuous support.
• Guide clients in building awareness and insights into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, fostering personal growth and self-improvement.

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present a diverse range of mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our objective is to empower these individuals through skill development and intervention strategies tailored to their specific needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills paired with a sympathetic nature.
• Demonstrated strong computer literacy and proficiency in using online platforms for counseling.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of various mental health issues.
• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling services is advantageous.
• Ability to develop effective strategies for client engagement and retention, enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload. In addition to a sign-on bonus, we also provide a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Payments are made through weekly direct deposits, ensuring timely financial management.
