Since the question compares the same job title, there is no difference between Remote Model Home and Remote Model Home. Both refer to positions where employees work remotely in a role related to model homes, often in real estate or home construction industries. These roles typically require similar credentials, such as real estate licenses or construction knowledge, and are performed in a remote work environment. Job description

If you take your clinical work seriously, youโ€™ll notice the difference at United Care ABA immediately.

United Care ABA is building a clinical team focused on delivering high-level, meaningful ABA services across Colorado, including underserved communities where families are actively seeking real support.

We provide in-home services to children of all ages, including those with more complex needs. Our goal is not volumeโ€”itโ€™s impact. Weโ€™re looking for BCBAs who want to be part of that.

What makes this different:

  • Opportunity to serve across Colorado, including high-need and underserved areas

  • In-home model focused on real-life application and meaningful progress

  • Cases across age groups and levels of needโ€”not limited to early intervention

  • Flexible structureโ€”take on cases that align with your availability

  • Remote options available for areas outside of travel range

Clinical Environment:

  • Ongoing clinical leadership and direct access to experienced support

  • Regular case collaboration and clinical roundtables

  • Active engagementโ€”not isolation

  • A team that prioritizes quality of care and clinical integrity

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Oversee implementation of ABA services and supervise BTs/RBTs

  • Provide parent training and guidance with a focus on real-world application

  • Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification (BACB)

  • Masterโ€™s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

  • Experience working with children with ASD and related needs

This is not a โ€œtake as many cases as possibleโ€ model. Weโ€™re building a team of clinicians who want to do meaningful work, contribute to a strong clinical culture, and be part of something that is actively growing.

If youโ€™re looking for real support, strong clinical collaboration, and the opportunity to make an impact where itโ€™s needed mostโ€”weโ€™d like to connect.

Apply to learn moreโ€”begin with a real clinical conversation.
