This position will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the Actual Arrival Date (AAD) for all online skus -both drop ship and stocked product- for all banners. This will include managing all data impacting AAD calculation for all products, DC's (including SFS), and vendors during non-peak times; as well building and executing the AAD management plan for all skus/DC's/Vendors to support identified Guaranteed Order Cut Offs for holidays. This role will serve as the business partner for Nextuple Vendor whose application provides the AIML Predictive Delivery Dates for Drop Ship skus. This position will also be responsible for executing UAT on AAD for all Hybris Releases, and for serving as the primary business support resource for all projects/enhancements that impact AAD calculation logic.
1. Ensures accurate calculation and online customer facing display of Actual Arrival Dates for all US Signet Banners for stocked products across all fulfilment methods during non-peak. Closely monitor performance and accuracy of Nextuple AIML Predictive and Configured AADs for drop ship skus. Partner with Nextuple resources and Signet Tech owners to plan, execute and evaluate model retrainings and associated Meta Data Outputs. Ensure alignment in data between Signet systems and Nextuple and identify appropriate buffer days and/or blacklisting for model when necessary to maintain integrity of AADs. Maintain accurate outage dates for all vendors, DCs, Stores, and Carriers in Hybris, PIM and IMS. This will require close coordination with cross functional Signet teams such as Transportation Dept, DC Leadership, Store Operations, Vendor Operations and IT.
2. Builds and executes Holiday plans for managing AAD data to ensure calculation and online customer facing display of Actual Arrival Dates for Stocked Skus for all US Signet Banners across all fulfillment types in accordance with established sku level guaranteed order cut off dates and times. Compile and submit all Drop Ship Vendor Sku Holiday Cut Off Dates to Nextuple, make necessary updates through the holiday period, including identifying newly added skus and the corresponding Holiday Cut Offs. Execution of reconciliations across Signet records, PIM data and Nextuple to ensure constant data alignment.
3. Responsible for working with Manager to build governance around entry and management of AAD data, and maintaining documentation of processes and procedures related to AAD Data.
4. Execute regression UAT to validate accurate AAD calculation for all banners and all fulfillment types for each Hybris Release (approx.. 18 per year). Responsible for identifying, reporting, and tracking any bugs impacting AAD in lower environments or in production.
5. Serve as business resource in support of any project or enhancement that directly impacts AAD calculation logic, or Customer Facing AAD messaging or display related to websites or online order communication.
