What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for New Revenue, your mission is to accelerate Docusign's revenue growth by capturing opportunities outside our core lines of business and existing growth levers through zero to one initiatives. You will be spearheading efforts to expand Docusign's footprint to reach every business and individual on the planet. This role goes far beyond optimization - it's about creating entirely new growth levers, customer experiences, and offerings that push the boundaries of what Docusign can do, and who we do it for. In this role, you will build and launch novel experiences and end-to-end growth initiatives that unlock new audiences, activate new acquisition channels, and provide additional value to our customers. You will partner closely with a core team of engineers, designers, and growth experts with the support of the broader growth team cutting across product, marketing, and sales. Your goal will be to unleash Docusign's potential by paving the way for New Revenue initiatives to become a central part of Docusign's business model. This is an exciting opportunity for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, and want to play a pivotal role in taking Docusign's growth trajectory to brand new heights. 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of New Revenue.  

Responsibility 

  • Accelerate Docusign's customer growth and revenue growth by building new experiences, new channels of acquisition, and new streams of revenue

  • Scout out and identify new opportunities for Docusign to land new customers and accelerate revenue into Docusign

  • Operate as the initiative's primary owner, decision maker, and driver to set the strategy and bring the idea through end to end

  • Bring key ideas to life through rapid experimentation and stand up an MVP or a pilot program to set the idea into motion, iterate on learnings, and drive results to scale

  • Partner with a team of engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and sales to stand up new experiences and pilot programs

  • Serve as a bridge between the Docusign's Growth Team and the core business units on best ways to scale new revenue opportunities into the core business

  • Demonstrate wins that can directly connect back to company performance in topline revenue, retention or customer growth and inform future business strategy

  • Secure executive buy-in, resources, and alignment across the organization to ensure company-wide success

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or similar leadership role (GM, business leader, operator, founder) ideally at a dynamic SaaS or consumer tech company

  • Experience in growth, product, or GTM functions, especially with experience bringing net new initiatives to life

  • Experience leading teams of 5+ or experience leading cross functional teams across product, engineering, design, and GTM by influence

  • Experience using data and telemetry to review performance and make data-driven decisions

Preferred 

  • Deep customer empathy, especially within the SMB or Individual market

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong bias for action and adept at hands-on problem solving

  • Comfortable working with ambiguous whitespace opportunities and defining milestones and success

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in the details across varying disciplines

  • Strong data analysis and modeling skills in SQL and/or excel

  • AI-fluency, can use LLMs and agents as a force multiplier of your work

  • Able to lead and inspire teams from the front by doing

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $146,400.00 - $235,375.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $140,100.00 - $197,925.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $140,100.00 - $206,775.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
