• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and initial assessments through virtual consultations, documenting client histories and treatment progress from intake to completion.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that account for each client's specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and continuously updating plans based on client progress.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive atmosphere that fosters openness, trust, and healing.
• Monitor and document the efficacy of treatment plans, adjusting interventions as needed and collaborating with clients to set and achieve personal goals.
• Coordinate with a network of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social workers to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Manage referrals and intake processes, streamlining transitions for clients who may need additional services or support.
• Educate and involve family members in the treatment process, offering guidance and resources to help them assist their loved ones.
• Identify risk factors and behaviors that may hinder client recovery, employing preventive strategies to mitigate these issues.

Our client base includes individuals grappling with a range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral disorders. We strive to provide an inclusive and culturally competent approach to care, addressing the unique challenges of diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure (LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A successful pass score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
• Strong proficiency in using electronic health record systems, preferred experience with AVATAR or similar systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in accessible terms.

• Two or more years of clinical experience as a mental health counselor in a telehealth environment.
• Experience with addiction disorders, trauma-informed care, and an understanding of comprehensive treatment approaches for co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with the best practices established by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
• A deep understanding of psychotropic medications and their implications for client care.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and their families, demonstrating empathy and a supportive demeanor.
