Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to tailor personalized treatment plans effectively.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive coordinated care, addressing their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Provide crisis intervention, demonstrating expertise and compassion to support clients during acute distress or emergencies.

Qualifications
