Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations for clients seeking mental health support, ensuring careful attention to personal histories, presenting issues, and treatment objectives.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, effectively tracking client progress and making data-driven adjustments where necessary.
  • Manage ongoing case supervision by engaging in regular communication with clients, their families, and external agencies, creating a holistic support system.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress notes in accordance with medical/legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
