Part-Time Education Consultant

Back-to-School Season (JuneSeptember)

Remote position with travel required. Ideal candidates will be located on the East Coast, in Florida, or in Texas to align with regional customer support and travel requirements.

Position Overview

The Part-Time Education Consultant provides post-sales implementation support and professional learning services to PK5 educators and school partners in the areas of phonics and mathematics. This role is responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, supporting successful curriculum implementation, and helping drive customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Key ResponsibilitiesProfessional Learning & Implementation Support
  • Deliver in-person and virtual professional learning sessions, workshops, webinars, and implementation trainings
  • Support phonics instruction grounded in the Science of Reading
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences through demonstrations, hands-on activities, presentations, and digital resources
  • Provide implementation guidance and instructional support to educators and school leaders
  • Demonstrate print and digital products effectively across multiple learning environments
  • Collaborate on the development of presentations, training materials, and supporting collateral
  • Support customer onboarding and ongoing product implementation efforts
  • Follow up with customers to monitor usage, engagement, and overall success
  • Help foster strong customer relationships and contribute to overall client satisfaction
  • Perform additional related duties as needed
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required (Education preferred)
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed classroom educator or related education professional
  • Prior educational consulting experience preferred
Knowledge & Expertise
  • Strong understanding of the Science of Reading and its application to phonics instruction
  • Demonstrated expertise in English Language Arts and/or Mathematics
  • Knowledge of the K12 education landscape and instructional best practices
  • Ability to confidently present and support both print and digital instructional products
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, virtual conferencing platforms, and CRM/ERP systems
Additional Requirements
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel, weekends, and occasional holidays
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
